Dear Friends,
The Executive Committee of our Society has decided to develop the
11th World Congress of Gynecological Endocrinology in a more open
and democratic way.
Therefore, on top of the four Plenary lectures and the four sessions
on Frontiers in Gynecological Endocrinology, we have included nine
State-of-the-Art Sessions with an "open competition" finalized
to admit one extra speaker in each session among those who will send
an abstract by the indicated deadline (see Scientific Information).
Included in the same "open competition" there will be nine
Special Symposia on Advanced Research and nine Special Clinical Symposia.
This structure will allow members of the Society and other researchers
to present their data in the main Sessions in addition to Oral Presentation
and Poster Sessions.
The date of the Congress has been anticipated to the 26th-29th February
in order to reduce the cost of travel arrangement and hotel accommodation
by 40%.
In the spirit of the same principle we have applied a reduction of
40% of the Registration Fee, reducing the costs of the Social Programme.
We are positive that this solution will guarantee attendance of a
higher number of clinicians and researchers, especially between the
juniors.
I strongly and warmly invite you to continue the ISGE tradition of
active participation in this great scientific and cultural event and
look forward to welcoming you to the astonishing city of Florence.
